Victoria is serving as the research and programs manager for the Black Craftspeople Digital Archive for her residency project. Her recent projects include the John Henry Carothers House development plan and the Haynes Heights neighborhood survey in partnership with the Metro Nashville Historic Zoning Commission. She has also worked on various Rosenwald School development plans. In addition, Victoria worked on the Center’s Memphis heritage projects, including the Memphis Heritage Trail and the Soulsville driving tour. Other previous projects include the Moore Farm heritage development plan, GIS, and story map, as well as the National Register nomination for the Princeton-Fredonia Trail section of the Trail of Tears. Her research interests include urban history and planning, housing and displacement studies, and material culture.
