Virtual Watch Party

Join us for a virtual Watch Party featuring clips from Ken Burns’s 2022 documentary about Founding Father Benjamin Franklin. A two-part, four-hour documentary, Benjamin Franklin explores the life, work, and writings of one of the most important figures of the eighteenth century. Franklin’s contributions to the creation of the United States are highlighted.

The virtual event will take place on April 6th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. CT/7:00-8:30 p.m. ET. Prizes will be given away throughout the event, and participants will receive professional development credit for attending. The Watch Party will feature segments from the documentary, discussion, and educational resource-sharing from East Tennessee PBS and Teaching with Primary Sources–MTSU.
